This 42 acre parcel is designated as a medium density residential site in the Hayden Comprehensive Plan. It lies within town limits and has an ideal location for a variety of residential uses. The medium density residential zone district allows up to 336 residential units. We have an apartment project designed on this property that will be submitted for approval as soon as the demand for rental property would warrant this.
