Hayden Regional Commerce Park

This real estate project entails 187 acres next to the Yampa Valley Regional Airport that we successfully annexed and rezoned for the following uses: 50 acres of retail (large format allowed), 10 acres of gravel operation, 60 acres of light industrial uses, 17 acres of hotels and offices and about 50 acres of land that are part of the airport’s expansion plans.

This is a 42 acre parcel that is designated as a medium density residential parcel on the Hayden Comprehensive Plan.
