Hayden Regional Commerce Park
This real estate project entails 187 acres next to the Yampa Valley Regional Airport that we successfully annexed and rezoned for the following uses: 50 acres of retail (large format allowed), 10 acres of gravel operation, 60 acres of light industrial uses, 17 acres of hotels and offices and about 50 acres of land that are part of the airport’s expansion plans.

Hayden Hilltop
This is a 42 acre parcel that is designated as a medium density residential parcel on the Hayden Comprehensive Plan.
It lies within Town Limits and has an ideal location for high density residential uses. The medium density residential zone district allows up to 336 residential units. We have an apartment project designed on this property that will be submitted for approval as soon as the demand for rental property would warrant this.
Driving factors for this project will be growth of Steamboat Springs, Craing and the growth of Hayden's own job base from the Hayden Regional Commerce Park.
